Ahumuza Bill, a Ugandan student, leads the Safisha Water Purifiers Project. The innovative product uses UV-LED technology. It is energy-efficient and easy to repair, providing instant safe drinking water for refugees and rural communities without electricity, boiling, or chemicals. It helps solve health issues in Uganda caused by unsafe water. Bill believes young people, as future leaders, are key to green development by learning and practicing sustainable ideas.
